Day 8 on my journey to 365 Days of Sweat. My hamstrings are super tight (shame on me for not properly stretching before and after workouts) and my new running shoes are a narrower fit than I like – so my toes are getting pretty squished each time I wear them.
Oh, and did I mention that I’ve been fighting that nasty cold/flu that has plagued everyone?? Excuses, excuses…
The truth is – you can always find an excuse not to workout. That’s easy. Hard is finding reasons to just do it. Even when you don’t feel like it.
Today the gym doesn’t look all that enticing to me. So instead I will go to the mountain. Pick your poison folks, but just get moving! That’s all it takes. Seriously.
